Young Mayden offers individualized career counseling to lawyers seeking success in their current workplace - including such issues as career focus, work/life balance issues, networking and rainmaking - as well as how to assess the pros and cons of a career move. Young Mayden’s career counseling also offers nuts and bolts career counseling to the lawyer who is looking for his or her next opportunity, including such areas as self assessment, market analysis, accessing information, resume review, interviewing skills and evaluation of job offers.  Bringing 60+ years of combined law practice to the process, Young Mayden works with individuals to best position themselves for success at the current workplace or for success with a move. Young Mayden has worked with the American Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division in San Diego and Boston to provide group and individual career counseling, including a program entitled, “Should I Stay or Should I Go? Things to Consider When Contemplating a Move.”
