Barbara Mendel Mayden practiced transactional business law for 30 years in Atlanta, New York and Nashville, before starting Young Mayden in 2007. A leading business lawyer, Barbara chaired the ABA's Section of Business Law and was awarded the Business Law Section's "Glass Cutter Award." For over 20 years, Barbara has studied the legal workplace, published on the topic, and acted as a resource to law firms and law departments, bar associations and law schools seeking to tailor legal workplaces to the changing demographics of the legal profession, giving her a unique perspective on what will and what will not make a good fit.
